Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Agnes is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto.
She offers client-centred, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed counselling that is strengths-based and collaborative. She brings authenticity and warmth to her practice to provide a safe and compassionate space for her clients. She values transparency within the therapeutic relationship and also understands the importance of working at the client’s pace.
Agnes works in response to a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. She is passionate about working with diverse populations, including refugees, newcomers, and members of the LGBTQ2+ community.
She draws from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Relational Psychotherapy, and Narrative Therapy in unique ways to support each individual’s needs.
She is licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) and is currently being supervised by a Registered Social Worker.
