It’s almost Spring and you want to do a cleanse. Maybe you’re feeling slow and sluggish after winter, or maybe it just feels like a nice time to clear out the cobwebs … but also… you knowcleanses.

You don’t want to starve yourself. Maybe you have some worries around food and eating, and you’re pretty sure that stripping back to maple syrup, lemon juice and cayenne for a week is going to send you right back into it.

Maybe you’ve tried cleanses before that are the opposite of minimal — a thousand different steps and you’re never quite sure you’re getting it right (“do I take this tea in the morning, the
evening or after I walk the dog…??”)

Or maybe you just want to try something new! What you really want is a way to do your cleanse without the confusion, without shame about your current habits — and really, without having to stop eating. Because eating is great and, at minimum, required for daily operations!

The Renew Cleanse is for you if you want to cleanse and learn about your best health without sacrificing food in the process. Because a Spring detox shouldn’t have to mean stopping eating, buying a ton of supplements or living on nothing but green smoothies!

It’s a one week cleanse that’s nestled within a six week small group program, where you’ll cleanse with food and herbs to purge toxins, gain clarity on what is best for your body and receive support to get the most from your food all year long. The only real preparation I did for the cleanse was cut down on coffee so that when the cleanse started I wouldn’t suffer any headaches. How It Works

We’ll start with a Chinese Medicine Assessment. This will help me as the group leader see the big picture of your life, experience and wants, and understand your specific health patterns and needs. That way, I can tailor the program to you and make suggestions that meet you where you’re at and get you to where you want to go!

Next, you’ll book in your one-on-one Food Consult. You’ll give me a picture of what you eat day-to-day: what foods you like, what you don’t or what you’re allergic to. Then we make you a personalized shopping list to get you ready for the cleanse, and talk about the details of what it will look like, taking the stress out of preparation and making your next steps crystal clear.

Then, we meet as a group! This is the beginning of getting to know the other participants and understanding that you’re not alone in this process. Together, we’ll go over how Chinese medicine understands digestion and the benefits of a whole foods diet. Everyone gets to share their fears, worries, curiosity and excitement, so you can start drilling down to what you want in your relationship with food and feel supported every step of the way.

You’ll start your herbs on week three — they’re included in the cost of the program — and I promise the instructions are straightforward! They’re designed to be simple that don’t interact with medications or anything else (AND we’ll double-check that when we do your assessment!)

Throughout the program you’ll get email support, plus three more group meetings to focus on the preparation part, answer any questions and connect with your cleanse-buddies, because I know how essential accountability and empathy are when it comes to successful cleanses.

Two weeks of daily email Possibility Prompts during cleanse week and impact week. These will keep you on track — like a virtual cleanse buddy in your inbox every day!
