About this Event
Acupuncturist & Shiatsu Therapist Lamia Gibson will be supporting up to 88 people for 4 weeks to anchor your care for self. Stretching and moving our bodies and accessing stillness to help generate resiliency for the impacts of this global pandemic.
With over 20 years experience in Shiatsu, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Holistic Counseling in clinical practice, Lamia Gibson is able to guide and support attendees to developing simple self-care habits.
You will have the class to log in to twice per week in the morning from 9:30-10:00am Eastern Time, and can learn a mix of meditation, stretch and acupressure techniques to support your daily life.
