Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Restore strength, confidence, and connection—through expert pelvic floor care.

Whole-Person Pelvic Health Care

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy (PFPT) is a specialized area of physiotherapy involving internal and external assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles. These important muscles form a supportive “bowl” at the base of your pelvis, helping regulate bladder and bowel function, core stability, and sexual health.

At Aurum Medicine & Wellness Clinic, we offer personalized, evidence-informed pelvic floor care—whether you’re recovering from childbirth, managing incontinence, or addressing pelvic pain. Our licensed physiotherapists take the time to understand your history, assess movement patterns, and develop a care plan to help you meet your goals.
